Craftsmanship Warranty:

If there is ever a problem with a piece of jewelry that is the result of poor craftsmanship or manufacturing defect:  I will repair the piece at no charge to the customer.  Please contact me directly for questions.

Custom Designs or Special Commissions:

I am happy to work with you on a Custom piece or Special Commission. Often, only a stone change is necessary to personalize a piece of Jewelry.
At the time a design is approved and both parties decide to proceed with the order, I will require a 100% up front.
Special orders will be treated as final sales. Returns of special orders will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery:

Every Effort will be made to ship Purchases of existing listed inventory within 7 business days. Made to Order pieces will be shipped within 21 business days. Totally custom orders may take longer depending on the order, this will allow time to design and build special pieces. Of course, I will work with you if you need an item by a certain date or time.

I ship only to customers in the United States and Canada. I do not currently ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. I also cannot currently accept international credit card orders.

 

Returns:

I do ask that you return items with 21-days of receiving it. I understand that there may be exceptions for gifts. Item must be in the original condition and in its original packaging.  Before returning an item, please contact me for specific instructions.  Items returned without these instructions will not available for refund, store credit or exchange. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the jewelry minus shipping costs. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit. Any item returned must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment. I will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. Please call me if you have questions.

Custom orders are not available for refund. If there is a problem I will do my utmost to resolve that problem. This includes: sized rings, custom work, and any work that received adjustments per customer request.
Please be certain of your ring size before ordering.  If unsure of your size, please visit your local jewelry store to have your finger(s) properly sized.

Exchange items:

You can always exchange items if you are not satisfied for any reason.  If you exchange items, shipping, handling and insurance for new items will be charged unless I shipped wrong items.
